Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - PT Outpatient


Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week
Length: 12 weeks with potential extension needed


Block scheduling, willing to do either m- thrs or tues to fri. If would prefer 5x8, the shift would be m-f, no holidays


Requirements:
  • IL License
  • 1 year experience
  • BLS

Other Details:
PT will work with mainly outpatient with some inpatient cases.


Must be comfortable with all age ranges, they have a swing bed program (inpatient to outpatient transition program) and they will assist with that.


Required Certs - IL license

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.


nWeekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50
miles from permanent address).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
